For further explanation, read the print afterwards. General Rules;; -No powerplaying or godmodeling is allowed. Powerplaying is when you control another person's charrie, or do not give the rper a chance to react to an action. Godmodeling is when your charrie acts as if its invincible, or can do no wrong. -Do not fight in the chat box, ooc, or anywhere viable by others on the board. Nobody wants to see it. Do it through PM if you must. -Good grammar, complete sentences and spelling is expected on here. Even though we take all levels of role-play, you should know that your I's need to be capitalized and where the commas go. -Cursing is allowed in character. If you curse out of character though, it may not be used offensively towards another rper. Courtesy please! -No sexist or racist speech on here. In character or out. I will not tolerate this! -Staff have high privileges for a reason. No talking back after a decision is made! Disrespect is a thing that can cause an rper not want to rp with you anymore. Remember that. We staff are all around good people, it's not like we're out to get you or anything, but we do get angry if you talk back to us. -Remember when you are creating your character, that no horse is flawless. We do not want to duplicate horses already on here who are evil because of their past, or are messed up because of something in the past. Not saying that these possibilities are totally not allowed, but we stress originality and creativity on here. -You must create a character, and get it accepted, before you ask for graphics for your character. -Your charries MUST be accepted before you start rping! -You may only create horses! No donkeys/mules/zebras/anything else without staff approval. -No other "companions" may be created with a horse. This means your horse cannot have a "pet" such as a cat, dragon, dog, wolf, hawk, or any other form of a companion. -No members are allowed to post in horse creation threads. Only the staff and creators. Unless, it's positive of course. But please don't try and mod. If you see a problem with a horse bio and a staff member doesn't, then please PM that staff member. In Character -Posts must be at least 120 words. This should be easy to acheive, even if you're a beginner. If you need help then there is an rp help board. -If you are talking out of character in a post with your character, please indicate so by saying ooc or by using parentheses. Say you want to mention something to the rper while you're in posting mode. Simply put at the top or bottom of your ic post ooc: or use parentheses to indicate you personally are talking to them. -If your character wishes to switch alliances, they must go to their "chosen" King or Queen. Every bender is born under the four alliances. Say we have a fire foal who wants to become water for some reason. To turn in his powers, he must go to the "chosen" Fire King/Queen, (if you do not know what I mean by "chosen" then please go read the plot) and the Fire King/Queen will take away his fire powers. Then he must go to the Water King/Queen, and receive water bending powers from them. Note: Since he was naturally a fire bender, it will take him more time and be more hard for him to master even the simplest water bending. Royals -Royals are the best benders out of everyone in their alliance. Meaning that since they were appointed by the gods, they are basically that element, only in horse form. They know the most advanced types of bending possible. -Royals are required to post 300 words every post. This is to ensure that royals are being noticed enough. -"Chosen" Royals cannot be challenged. These are the royals appointed by the gods to watch over their assigned stones. They are the only ones who know the location of it, and what they are dealing with. However, regular royals can be challenged. -Royals approve whether if you claim land or not. Some may ask you to perform a task for them, and others will just let you have it. Either way, your on their harem and guarding their land. Foals -Foals do not start showing their bending powers until age two. That's right. Let's say an earth-bending couple decides to have a foal. It will be a normal, powerless foal until it gets nearing the age of two. It will be then the development of its powers will almost be complete. -Orphan foals can be adopted by any alliance. Since the alliance does not show until age two, some horses just decide to swing their luck and take in the foal. The future may be twisted if it is not of the right alliance, but hey, every takes chances! Breeding & Foaling -Graphic breeding is not allowed. If you must graphic breed, then do it through PM, because there are younger players who do not wish to read that on here. -Mares can have foals right after they breed. You may have it in the foaling plains, or in terras. -You must post a foal bio in the board. This is to help keep track of the population and such. If you prefer, staff will happily create a foal for you. -Breeding can be done in the terras, or in The Meadow. -Twins or triplets are not allowed without staff approval! Stallions -Can attempt to claim land. -Can attempt to challenge for land. -Can breed at the age of three. -Can enslave mares with the other rper's approval. Meaning you ask the other rper BEFORE you have your stally walk in there and take a mare. -Can pleasure breed. Watch your powerplay there, and talk it out with the other rper before you act. -May adopt foals. Mares -Can attempt to claim land. -May pleasure breed. -Cannot breed or become pregnant until the age of three. Fighting -Fighting rules are listed under the Bloody Plateau where it takes place.
